Established in 1987, Marvel Builders Inc. has constructed many residential projects in the southeastern Pennsylvania area and found our “nitch” to be custom additions to the home. We have learned that we cannot compete with the big time “track Home Builders” without cutting quality to cut prices. We learned that in order to deliver a quality project you simply need to focus on what you are best at and be the best at it.
We have recently expanded our services to include the installations of basement egress windows and doors, as required by the new Uniform Construction Code when converting your basement into living space. Or if you simply desire to add more natural light and ventilation to your finished basement while at the same time bringing it up to code and creating a safe emergency exit. Egress work is offered to Basement contractors, Realtors and Homeowners.
Started by Bruce and Debbie Marvel in July of 1987, Marvel Builders Inc. has earned a reputation as being one of the most honest and dependable contracting firms in the Pottstown and surrounding area.
All projects, regardless of size are given careful attention from the preliminary design phase through the project completion. We work with several area architects that can help you create your design or we can work with yours. Our staff consist of qualified in-house employees with expertise gained through experience and continuing education.
The majority of our work is performed by our own employees, with very little being subcontracted, therefore giving us better control of your project, and personalizing the project for you, our valued customer.
